Theres a hack if you take out the batteries and put foil in the corroded contacts and put batteries it works again. try that and see if it works (sorry if i seem desperate i rlly wanna know more about this toy)

I don't think I remembered that. when I was young at the age of 4 in 2012, I seen the regular Hoho plush along with Tolee right at the daycare centre
