So, as most of you are probably aware, most of the entire show takes place in a multicultural community/town/amorphous mystical grassland located within California, and Kai Lan and her furry friends go to China for one of the specials via plane (this bit seems irrelevant but bear with me).
Now, in the OTHER special however, wherin the Monkey King enlists Kai Lan's help to diffuse a conflict between the Fox King and Bear Queen's kingdoms, they all ride to their kingdoms on clouds, which is perfectly fine...except for the fact that from what I've seen on the special, nobody ever actually confirms where these kingdoms are even located. plus, the K.O.F. also presumably doesn't have technology while what we've seen of China in the show does, opening up the possibility of the kingdom existing within uncharted territory, making it harder to pinpoint where on earth the kingdom would be.
I spent way too much time thinking about this, and on a semi-related note Bear Queen would probably have her mind blown at the discovery of coffee. who needs beauty sleep when you can have a sugary caffeinated brown liquid? I don't!
