Mr. Hoppy is a minor character in Ni Hao, Kai-Lan. He first appears in Everybody's Hat Parade, where Kai-Lan uses his lily pad to make a hat.

Appearance

In Everybody's Hat Parade, he is lime green with bulbous blue eyes and a red bow tie. He has bright pink cheeks and he only speaks with "ribbits".

In Wait, Hoho, Wait!, he is slightly redesigned. He is a more chartreuse green and his blue eyes have been changed to black. His pink cheeks are tinted orange and his bow tie is now blue.

In Kai-Lan's Carnival, he has been redesigned completely. He is now neon green and his bulbous eyes have been changed to just pupils. He no longer has a bow tie and he has a chartreuse green stomach. He can now speak in full sentences.

• His first voice actor, E. G. Daily, has played characters such as Tommy Pickles in Rugrats, Buttercup in The Powerpuff Girls, and many others. His second voice actor, Kwesi Boakye, has played characters such as Darwin in The Amazing World of Gumball, Gossamer in The Looney Tunes Show, and Andrew in Special Agent Oso.
