Shu is a minor character in Ni Hao, Kai-Lan. Shu appeared in Tolee’s Promise.
In the beginning of that episode, Shu along with his other snail friends was really excited for the new merry go round to open. However, the merry go round then broke which caused him to cry.
Kai-Lan then comforted him telling him that a new merry go round will be built. This made him feel better.
