Summary[]
When Rintoo wins every event at the Dinosaur Games, his bragging makes Tolee and Hoho feel so bad that they decide to quit. Kai-Lan must show Rintoo that he needs to learn to say kind things when winning instead of boasting.
Plot[]
Kai-Lan and her friends are going to a sports event called the Dinosaur Games. Ye-Ye is putting up dinosaur decorations on the trees. The ants give out firefly torches for everyone, where they then run to the starting line. The first game they begin is the jumping game, where Rintoo wins and then celebrates, which upsets Tolee and Hoho a little. The following game is where they find dinosaur floaties in the field, where Rintoo wins again, expressing that he's so awesome and it makes Tolee and Hoho feel bad again. Afterward, they each put on a floatie of their choice and get ready for the next game.
In the running race, they have to run as fast as they can. The first player to reach the finish line wins.
The race starts, and Rintoo pulls ahead to win again. He exclaims, "Yes! I won again! Ohh! Ohh! I'm the best! I'm better than everyone!"
Tolee says he wishes Rintoo would stop, adding that the bragging is making him feel really bad. "Yeah! Really, really bad!" Hoho agrees.
"I am the best!" Rintoo exclaims and walks off. Unfortunately, Tolee has had enough; he takes off his floatie, kicks it away, and announces that he quits the Dinosaur Games and leaves. Hoho takes off his floatie and throws it down, announcing that he quits, too, and leaves, which shocks everyone, including Kai-Lan.
Kai-Lan recaps that Tolee and Hoho quit because Rintoo was making them feel bad. She finds them and explains that Rintoo probably didn't mean to hurt their feelings, but they worry that if he keeps saying that he's the best, they don't want to play anymore. Just then, Ye-Ye arrives and asks Kai-Lan what happened. She explains that Tolee and Hoho quit because Rintoo was making them feel bad. Ye-Ye realizes this and explains that Rintoo is bragging, which is when somebody cheers for themselves too much without thinking about how it makes others feel.
Just then, Rintoo arrives and announces that it's time to play the next game. However, Tolee and Hoho refuse to play anymore and tell him that he was bragging and made them feel bad. They then watch the ants' scooter race, where everyone compliments each other and feels satisfied. Rintoo finally realized his mistake, saying that he didn't know that he was bragging.
Kai-Lan offers a solution: "When you win, don't brag about what you did. Instead, say something nice, nice, nice!"
Rintoo apologizes for his actions and then tells Hoho he's awesome at somersaulting, and that Tolee is good at running, which makes them happy again. Everyone returns to the Dinosaur Games to begin the final round, the egg-rolling game. Rintoo crosses the finish line first again and wins, but then he stops, cheering everyone on. They arrive at the finishing ceremony, where Ye-Ye gives out medals. Hoho gets the medal for best jumping with somersaults, Tolee gets the medal for straightest dinosaur egg rolling, the ants get a medal for best scooter racing, Rintoo gets a medal for being a good sport and saying nice things to his friends, and Kai-Lan gets a medal for being the most caring friend. Everyone then goes to a dinosaur-themed slide, where Kai-Lan gives Ye-Ye a hug.

Goofs[]
- On the first scene, no ribbons are shown on the trees, but on the next shot where it closes up to Kai-Lan, red ribbons appear on the trees afterward.
- On the shot where Tolee walks toward Rintoo after the jumping game, the hill where the audience is disappears, unless it's from the other side, according to the laws of perspective. The perspective of the background changes frequently, with trees in the background and nothing in the background.
- The eggs are shown really close to the starting line, but it takes them 5 seconds to get to the starting line.
